- To pull dogs and puppies from shelters at risk from euthanasia and assist dogs in rural areas without adequate resources
- To provide a foster program to give dogs and puppies a safe place to stay while waiting to be adopted or transported to other rescues or shelters up north.
- To work with surrounding rescues to assist with transporting dogs to other rescues or shelters.
- To provide a spay and neuter program to help address the overpopulation of dogs in Sherman and surrounding communities.
- To provide an educational program on proper care, understanding the breed and resources available to assist them.
- To obtain financial resources through grants and donations to keep the programs running.
